Before you read the full policy, here are the six principles that underpin everything pk50 does with your personal data. These are not aspirational statements — they are built into our systems, processes and licensing obligations.
Encrypted Storage
All personal data held by pk50 — including your CNIC details, payment information and account credentials — is stored using industry-standard encryption protocols. Data at rest and data in transit are both protected.
No Data Sales
pk50 does not sell, rent or otherwise commercially transfer your personal data to third parties. Data is shared only with parties directly necessary for platform operation, compliance and payment processing — never for advertising profit.
Lawful Purpose Only
Every piece of data pk50 collects has a specific, documented lawful purpose — account management, KYC compliance, payment processing, responsible gaming enforcement or platform improvement. We do not collect data speculatively.
Retention Limits
Personal data is held only for as long as legally required or operationally necessary. Once that period expires, data is securely deleted or anonymised. KYC records are retained for the period required under our international gaming licence.
Your Rights Respected
You have the right to access, correct, request deletion of and restrict the processing of your personal data. pk50 responds to all valid data rights requests within 30 days and provides clear, complete responses without requiring legal representation.
Transparent Updates
When this Privacy Policy changes in a material way, pk50 will notify all registered players by email before the changes take effect. You will always have time to review changes and, if you do not agree, to close your account before they apply to you.
pk50 is operated under an international gaming licence. Data handling practices are subject to the data protection standards required by that licence authority.
IMPORTANT: This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how pk50 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), operator of the online betting and live casino service available at pk50.bid, collects, processes, stores and protects the personal data of all registered users ("Players", "you", "your").

3. How We Collect Your Data

4. Why We Use Your Data — Purposes of Processing
pk50 uses your personal data for the following specific purposes:
- Account creation and management: Creating, maintaining and securing your registered Account;
- Identity verification (KYC): Verifying your identity and age (21+) as required by our licensing authority;
- Payment processing: Processing deposits to and withdrawals from your PKR Wallet via supported payment methods;

- Regulatory compliance: Fulfilling reporting obligations to our licensing authority, including AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and CTF (Counter-Terrorist Financing) record-keeping;
- Customer support: Investigating and resolving your support queries and formal complaints;
- Platform improvement: Analysing aggregated, anonymised usage data to improve game offerings, site performance and user interface design;
- Marketing communications: Sending promotional emails about pk50 bonuses, offers and new features, where you have not opted out.
5. Legal Basis for Processing
pk50 processes your personal data on one or more of the following legal grounds, depending on the specific purpose:
- Contractual necessity: Processing required to perform the contract between you and pk50 — including account operation, bet settlement and payment processing — is necessary for the fulfilment of that contract.
- Legal obligation: Processing required to comply with applicable laws and our licensing authority's requirements, including KYC, AML record-keeping and responsible gaming obligations.
- Legitimate interests: Processing carried out in pursuit of pk50's legitimate business interests — including fraud prevention, platform security and improving user experience — provided those interests are not overridden by your own rights and interests.
- Consent: Where you have specifically consented to processing — such as receiving marketing communications — that consent is the lawful basis. You may withdraw consent at any time as described in Section 13.
6. Who We Share Your Data With
pk50 does not sell your personal data. We share personal data only with the categories of third parties listed below, and only to the extent necessary for the stated purpose:
- Payment processors: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and card processing networks receive transaction reference data necessary to execute your deposits and withdrawals. These parties process your payment data under their own privacy frameworks.
- KYC and identity verification providers: Certified third-party identity verification services engaged by pk50 to confirm your identity and age during account registration or withdrawal processing.
- Game providers: Certified third-party casino game and slot providers whose titles appear in the pk50 casino lobby may receive a pseudonymous player identifier and bet data to operate and audit their games. They do not receive your full personal identity details.
- Regulatory and licensing authorities: Our licensing authority and, where legally required, law enforcement agencies may receive relevant data in response to formal requests or regulatory reporting obligations.
- IT and infrastructure providers: Cloud hosting and data centre providers engaged under data processing agreements that require them to apply appropriate security measures to your data.

All third parties with whom pk50 shares personal data are contractually required to process that data only for specified purposes and to maintain security standards consistent with their obligations.
7. Cookies & Tracking Technologies
pk50 uses cookies and similar browser-based storage technologies to operate and improve the Platform. The following categories of cookies are used:
- Essential cookies: Required for the Platform to function — including session management, login authentication and security tokens. These cannot be disabled without disrupting core platform functionality.
- Functional cookies: Remember your preferences such as game category filters, language settings and responsible gaming tool configuration so you do not need to re-enter them each session.
- Analytics cookies: Collect anonymised data about how players interact with the Platform — which pages are visited most, where players navigate from and how long sessions last. This data is used solely for internal platform improvement and is never shared in identifiable form.
- Security cookies: Help detect and prevent fraudulent logins, unusual account activity and bot-driven access attempts.
You can manage cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling non-essential cookies will not prevent you from using pk50, but may affect personalisation features. pk50 does not use third-party advertising or social-media tracking cookies.
8. Data Retention
pk50 retains personal data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or for as long as is required by applicable law or licensing obligation. The following retention periods apply as a general guide:
- Account data and KYC records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, as required under standard AML and gaming licence record-keeping obligations.
- Transaction and bet history: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years for audit, dispute resolution and regulatory purposes.
- Support communications: Retained for three (3) years from the date of the last correspondence, or longer where a dispute remains unresolved.
- Technical and usage data: Retained in identifiable form for twelve (12) months, after which data is anonymised and may be retained in aggregate form indefinitely for platform analytics.
- Marketing consent records: Retained until you withdraw consent plus three (3) years for evidence of the original consent status.
At the end of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised in accordance with pk50's data disposal procedures.
9. Data Security
pk50 implements a layered security framework to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. Security measures include:
- TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the pk50 Platform;
- Encryption at rest for all stored personal data and sensitive financial records;
- Access controls ensuring that only authorised pk50 personnel with a legitimate operational need can access player personal data;

- Regular penetration testing and security audits conducted by independent specialists;
- 24/7 monitoring of platform infrastructure for unusual access patterns or intrusion attempts;
- Staff training on data protection obligations and internal security procedures.
In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in a risk to your rights and freedoms, pk50 will notify affected players without undue delay in accordance with applicable notification obligations.
10. International Data Transfers
As an internationally licensed platform serving Pakistani players, pk50 may store or process your personal data on servers located outside Pakistan. Where such international transfers occur, pk50 ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, including:
- Contractual clauses requiring recipient parties to apply data protection standards consistent with pk50's licensing obligations;

11. Your Data Rights
Subject to applicable law and our licensing obligations, you hold the following rights in relation to your personal data held by pk50:
Request a copy of the personal data pk50 holds about you, including how it is used and with whom it is shared.
Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data held in your pk50 Account at any time.
Request deletion of your personal data where processing is no longer necessary, subject to legal retention requirements that override this right.
Request that pk50 restricts processing of your data in certain circumstances, for example while a complaint is being investigated.
Receive a structured, machine-readable copy of personal data you have provided to pk50, where technically feasible.
Object to processing based on legitimate interests, including profiling for responsible gaming assessments, subject to applicable overriding grounds.

12. Children & Minors
The pk50 Platform is strictly prohibited to individuals under the age of 21. pk50 does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 21 years of age. Age verification is performed as part of the registration and withdrawal processes, and accounts belonging to underage individuals are closed immediately upon discovery with deposits returned.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor in your care has registered an Account on pk50 without authorisation, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with the subject line "UNDERAGE ACCOUNT". 13. Marketing Communications
With your consent at registration, pk50 will send promotional emails to your registered email address about platform bonuses, new games, PSL betting promotions and other pk50 offers. You may withdraw your consent to marketing emails at any time by:
- Clicking the "Unsubscribe" link included at the bottom of every promotional email pk50 sends;
- Updating your communication preferences in your pk50 Account settings dashboard;

Opting out of marketing emails does not affect transactional communications — you will still receive emails about your account activity, deposits, withdrawals, security alerts and policy updates, as these are essential communications rather than marketing. Opt-outs are processed within 48 hours.
14. Third-Party Links
The pk50 Platform may contain links to our own internal pages — including the Terms & Conditions, Responsible Gaming and FAQ pages. pk50 does not include links to external third-party websites in its main platform pages.
Game providers whose titles appear in the pk50 casino lobby operate their own game interfaces within the Platform environment. Those game interfaces are subject to the game provider's own data handling practices as disclosed in their respective documentation. pk50 is not responsible for the data practices of third-party game providers beyond the contractual data processing obligations imposed on them by pk50.
15. Changes to This Privacy Policy
pk50 reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy at any time. We will notify all registered players of material changes by email to their registered address at least seven (7) days before the updated Policy takes effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page is revised on each update.
Your continued use of the pk50 Platform following the effective date of any updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not accept the revised Policy, please close your Account before the effective date. You are encouraged to review this Policy periodically.
