pk50 Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement with the Platform

1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the pk50 website accessible at pk50.bid and all associated mobile-optimised interfaces, subdomains and services.
• "Account" means the individual registered user account created by a Player on the pk50 Platform.
• "PKR Wallet" means the Pakistani Rupee-denominated balance held within a Player's pk50 Account.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by a Player on a sporting event, casino game, slot machine or bingo-style game offered through the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, free spins or matching deposits awarded by pk50 to a Player subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer identity verification procedures required by the Platform's licensing authority.
• "Self-Exclusion" means a voluntary agreement by a Player to be excluded from accessing all or part of the Platform for a defined or indefinite period.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means the actions described in Clause 8 of these Terms.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register an Account or use any service on the pk50 Platform. This age threshold is a strict condition of the Platform's international gaming licence and is non-negotiable under any circumstance. pk50 reserves the right to request age-verification documentation — including a valid CNIC, passport or other government-issued identity document — at any point in the registration or withdrawal process.

2.2 One Account Per Individual. Each natural person is permitted to maintain only one registered Account on pk50. Registering multiple accounts, whether in your own name, under a pseudonym or via a third party's identity, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate suspension and closure of all associated accounts, with any balances subject to forfeiture.

2.3 Accurate Information. You warrant that all information provided at registration — including your full name as it appears on your CNIC, date of birth, residential address and contact details — is true, accurate, current and complete. You agree to update your Account information promptly if any detail changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.

2.4 Geographic Access. pk50 is operated and marketed principally for users located in Pakistan. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. The Platform does not make representations as to the legality of online gaming in any specific jurisdiction beyond the scope of its international licence.

2.5 Registration Process. Account registration requires submission of a valid email address, creation of a secure password and confirmation of eligibility by checking the age and terms acceptance declarations. Registration is not complete until pk50 has verified your email address and, where applicable, completed initial KYC screening.

3. Account Security

3.1 You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk50 Account login credentials, including your email address and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.

3.2 pk50 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account. 2FA adds a secondary verification step — typically a one-time code sent to your registered mobile number — that provides significant additional protection against unauthorised access.

3.3 You must notify pk50 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without authorisation or that your login credentials have been compromised. pk50 will investigate all reported security incidents promptly.

3.4 pk50 will never contact you by email, SMS or any other channel to request your password or full payment card details. Any communication purporting to be from pk50 and requesting such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

3.5 pk50 accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, including losses caused by sharing your password with another person or by accessing pk50 on unsecured public networks without appropriate precautions.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. pk50 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank and Debit/Credit Cards. Payment method availability may be subject to change; current options are always displayed in your Account settings.

4.2 Currency. All deposits, wagering balances, winnings and withdrawals are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk50 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not perform currency conversion.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit to your pk50 PKR Wallet is PKR 200. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited and will be returned to the originating payment method.

4.4 Deposit Processing. Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your PKR Wallet in real time upon payment confirmation. Bank transfers and debit/credit card deposits may take up to two (2) business days to appear in your Account balance.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. You must complete the KYC verification process, including submission of a valid CNIC or equivalent government-issued identity document, before any withdrawal can be processed. pk50 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal request.

4.6 Withdrawal Processing Time. Withdrawal requests submitted to JazzCash or EasyPaisa are typically processed within 24–48 hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank) may take up to five (5) business days to arrive, subject to the receiving bank's processing schedules.

4.7 Withdrawal Fees. pk50 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or mobile money provider may apply their standard transaction fees, over which pk50 has no control.

4.8 Deposit Source. You warrant that all funds deposited into your pk50 PKR Wallet are legally obtained and that you are the lawful owner of the payment instrument used. pk50 operates anti-money laundering (AML) checks in accordance with its licensing obligations and reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation.

5. Betting Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are subject to acceptance by pk50. The Platform reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its sole discretion, including bets placed after an event has commenced where live markets have been offered, bets placed on markets affected by data errors, and bets that appear to be placed in an abusive or syndicated manner.

5.2 Cricket Betting. pk50 offers cricket betting markets on PSL matches, Pakistan national team fixtures, international tournaments and selected domestic competitions. Market availability, depth and maximum stake limits vary by match. All cricket markets are governed by the applicable sport-specific rules published in the Platform's betting rules section.

5.3 Odds & Markets. Odds displayed on pk50 are subject to change in real time, particularly in live betting markets. A bet is settled at the odds displayed and confirmed at the moment the bet was accepted by the Platform, not the odds displayed at any later time.

5.4 Void Bets. pk50 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including: technical errors producing incorrect odds; manifest errors in market set-up; events cancelled or abandoned before completion of the required play; and evidence of market manipulation or collusion by involved parties.

5.5 Maximum Payout. Maximum single-event payout limits apply on pk50 and are displayed in the Platform's betting rules. Winnings exceeding the applicable maximum payout will be capped at that limit regardless of the odds at which the bet was placed.

5.6 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute regarding bet settlement must be raised with pk50 support within seven (7) days of the relevant event's conclusion. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

6. Casino & Slot Games

6.1 Game Integrity. All casino games and slot titles available on pk50 are supplied by certified third-party game providers whose Random Number Generator (RNG) systems are independently audited for fairness. Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot games are independently verified and available within each game's information panel.

6.2 Game Rules. Each game available on the pk50 Platform has its own rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail with respect to that game's mechanics and payouts.

6.3 Technical Failures. In the event of a disconnection or technical failure during a casino or slot game session, pk50 will resolve the affected round in accordance with the game provider's stated policy for interrupted games. The Platform's decision in such cases is final.

6.4 Live Dealer Games. Live dealer games available in pk50 Casino are streamed in real time. pk50 is not responsible for stream quality issues attributable to your internet connection or device. Bets placed and accepted before a stream interruption are valid and will be settled based on the actual game outcome.

6.5 Bingo Hall Games. pk50's bingo-style games are operated under standard bingo room rules displayed within each room interface. Players participating in communal bingo rooms acknowledge that other participants are present and that game outcomes affect all participants simultaneously.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 pk50 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds restrictions, time limits and maximum withdrawal amounts derived from bonus funds.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds credited to your Account must be wagered a specified number of times before they — and any winnings generated from them — become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. pk50 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same offer; placing offsetting bets to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk; exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with genuine player behaviour. Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.

7.4 Modification of Promotions. pk50 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such modification does not adversely affect bets or wagers already accepted under the promotion at the time of the change.

7.5 Promotional Communications. By registering an Account, you consent to receiving promotional communications from pk50 by email. You may opt out of promotional emails at any time via the unsubscribe mechanism included in each communication, or by updating your Account preferences.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk50 Platform:

• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age or have been subject to a self-exclusion order;
• Registering more than one Account, or registering an Account in the name of another person;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent identity or payment information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access games or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players, match participants or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in betting markets or casino games;
• Engaging in money laundering, terrorist financing or any other criminal financial activity through the Platform;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in games or systems — any winnings generated through exploitation of a bug are void;
• Threatening, harassing or abusing pk50 staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy or reproduce any proprietary software, game content or intellectual property of the Platform or its game providers;
• Using a VPN, proxy or other technical means to circumvent geographic access restrictions or security measures.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content on the pk50 Platform — including but not limited to the pk50 brand name, logo, website design, colour palette, game interfaces, promotional materials, written content, graphics and software — is the intellectual property of pk50 or its licensed game and content providers. All rights are reserved.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pk50 Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of pk50.

9.3 The trademarks, service marks and logos of third-party game providers displayed on the Platform are the property of their respective owners and are used by pk50 under applicable licensing agreements. Nothing in these Terms confers any right in such third-party marks upon you.

10. Limitation of Liability

10.1 The pk50 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While pk50 takes all reasonable steps to ensure continuous, error-free service, we do not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from technical errors or uninterrupted.

10.2 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk50 excludes all liability for: (a) loss of profits, winnings or revenue; (b) loss of data; (c) indirect or consequential loss; arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.

10.3 pk50's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you to your pk50 Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 pk50 is not responsible for losses resulting from your failure to log out of the Platform on a shared or public device, from disclosure of your credentials to a third party, or from your use of the Platform in circumstances where gambling is not permitted under the laws of your local jurisdiction.

11. Responsible Gaming

11.1 pk50 is committed to responsible gaming and provides all registered players with access to the following tools, available directly from the logged-in Account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts to your PKR Wallet;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been playing for a specified period;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days or 30 days;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or temporarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a minimum period of six (6) months.

11.2 Self-exclusion requests submitted through your Account are processed within 24 hours. During the exclusion period, your Account will be inaccessible and you will be removed from all promotional communications. Self-exclusion is irrevocable for the chosen period and cannot be reversed upon request before the period expires.

11.3 pk50 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where internal systems indicate patterns of play that may be associated with problem gambling, including but not limited to significant loss escalation, extremely long session durations or rapid bet size increases.

12. Account Termination & Suspension

12.1 Termination by You. You may close your pk50 Account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining PKR Wallet balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your last registered withdrawal method, subject to completion of KYC verification.

12.2 Suspension or Closure by pk50. pk50 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account without prior notice in circumstances including, but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspected or confirmed Prohibited Conduct; failure to provide requested KYC documentation; reasonable suspicion of fraud or money laundering; or instruction from a regulatory or law enforcement authority.

12.3 Effect of Closure. Upon termination of your Account for any reason, all pending bonus funds and associated wagering requirements are immediately cancelled and forfeited. Winnings generated through Prohibited Conduct will be voided regardless of whether the Account is closed.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of pk50's international gaming licence authority. Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.

13.2 In the event of a dispute between you and pk50, you are encouraged to first contact the Platform's support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. pk50 aims to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct contact with pk50, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by the Platform's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution process are available on request from pk50 support.

14. Amendments to These Terms

14.1 pk50 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly alter your rights or obligations under the Agreement — pk50 will notify registered players by email to their registered address at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect.

14.2 Your continued use of the pk50 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.

14.3 The date on which these Terms were last updated is displayed at the top of this page. You are encouraged to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
